RULES AND REGULATIONS

   
1.    Established:  December 5, 2000       Effective:  February 1, 2001

The use of motorized vehicles on Tumalo Rim Common Areas is prohibited with the following exceptions:

a.    Emergency response vehicles

b.    Government vehicles used for official business

c.    Vehicles used in conjunction with easements granted by the Association

d.    Vehicles used in conjunction with official business of the Tumalo Rim Water Improvement District

e.    Vehicles authorized by the Association Board of Directors

Beginning February 1, 2001,  any Association member with a need for motorized vehicle use on a Common Area should contact the Association Board of Directors for temporary authorization. Examples include: temporary access for septic tank maintenance or replacement;fence construction or repair; tree or brush trimming or removal.

2.    Established June 11,2003            Effective June 15, 2003

The lighting, display, or any other use of fireworks on or above Tumalo Rim Common Areas is prohibited.
